Incoming kindergarten students have to have 2 Hep A vaccinations. 6th grade students have to have a Tdap and MCV4 vaccinations.  12th grade has to have a total of 2 MCV4 for school this year.  All other immunization requirements remain the same.  If students do not have the needed vaccinations by the time school starts, please have an appointment card from the doctor’s office or the health department as to when the needed immunizations will take place.
