This year we will have a few dates at the schools in which high school and middle school student athletes will have the opportunity to get physicals for next year here at our schools.

To do so you will have to bring a physical form (already filled out) and $25.

For High School students we will be doing this on

Friday, May 1st from 1:00-4:00 and
Saturday, July 18 from 10:00-2:00

For Middle School students we will be doing this on

Friday, May 8th from 1:00-4:00 and

Saturday, July 18 from 10:00-2:00

Physicals forms can be obtained in the high school and/or middle school offices.

You must have a physical on file before you will be able to practice in any sport.
