Athletic Physicals will be given on July 18th from 10:00-2:00 at the high school gymnasium. All high school and middle school students must have a physical on file with the schools before they can participate in any sports.

You must have a physical form filled out with your information in advance. You can pick up a physical form at the high school or middle school office. The cost is $25.
